[ABSTRACT]ObjectiveTo study the expression of multidrug resistance gene (MDRG) and the curative effect in relapse or refractory acute myelogenous leukemia (AML).MethodsA semiquantitative reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction (RTPCR) was used to investigate the transcription levels of the human MDRG in 65 AML patients and 27 controls, and analyze the its clinical significance.ResultsMDRG expression was significantly higher in AML patients than in the controls, and higher in relapsed/refractory AML patients than in those newly diagnosed or in complete remission. The gene expression was significantly lower in nonresistant patients than in resistant ones. Complete remission (CR) rate of nonresistant patients was higher than resistant ones (χ2=8.324-49.630,P<0.01).ConclusionMDRG overexpression is significantly associated with clinical multidrug resistance and prognosis, and it is one of the indicators for predicting the prognosis of AML.

在教“cold”一词时,我耸耸肩,搓搓手说“oh,it is.I’m cold”然后我问全班学生“Are you cold?”得到回答是:“Yes,we are。”我又指着挂在窗口 大衣,问旁边一位学生,“Is this your coat?Is it yours?”他说“Yes。”接着我用关切的目光告诉他,“put on your coat or you’ll have a cold ”就这样,学生既轻松地学会了单词“cold”,其中又体现了老师对学生的一片关爱之心。其次,采用简笔画。课上教师通过寥寥几笔就能足够勾划出所学内容,学生也会饶有兴趣地学着画起来,对所学印象加深了,就不易忘记。再次,使用图片、实物或自制教具。在教时间时,我自制了一只能拨动的时钟,先是老师问,学生答,再让学生学着边拨钟,边用英语问“What’s the time?/What time is it?”于是,时间的问答及“It is time to…”的巨型也熟练地掌握了。最后,利用对话、游戏。丰富多样的教法能使学生真正做到耳听、眼看、心想、口说、手写,能完善听说读写各种能力,大大地调动了学生的积极性,促使他们乐学,使他们能在轻松愉快的氛围中掌握所学内容。
