标题: 常规椎间盘CT扫描在腰椎滑脱诊断中的价值分析 [打印本页] 作者: JZ041567 时间: 2014-4-11 15:13 标题: 常规椎间盘CT扫描在腰椎滑脱诊断中的价值分析 【摘要】 目的 探讨腰椎间盘CT扫描对腰椎滑脱的诊断价值。方法 对21例确诊的腰椎滑脱患者的椎间盘CT扫描图像进行回顾性分析。结果 均见假性椎间盘膨出征,少数见双边征;椎弓崩裂并滑脱者椎管矢状径于滑椎下缘层面拉长,椎小关节多正常,部分可见椎弓峡部裂隙征;退变性滑脱者椎管矢状径于滑椎下位椎体上缘层面可不同程度变小,椎小关节均见矢状改变、半脱位及退行性变。结论 腰椎间盘CT扫描可初步诊断腰椎滑脱及其类型。

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the value of intervertebral discs CT scan in diagnosis of the lumbar spondylolisthesis.Methods The intervertebral discs CT scan imaging of 21 cases confirmed as lumbar spondylolisthesis was retrospectively analysed. Results In the 21 cases,all of them had the pseudobulging sign of intervertebral discs,a few had double margin signs;In the cases of spondylolysis and spondylolisthesis,the feature was the increased sagittal diameter on the inferior edge of the olithy vertebra, the zygapophysial joints was normal,some of them present the cranny sign of vertebra arch;In the cases of lumbar degenerative spondylolisthesis, the feature was the reduced sagittal diameter on the superior edge of the olithy vertebra’s inferior vertebra,the zygapophysial joints present sagittal alter,halfdislocation and degeneration.Conclusion The lumbar intervertebral discs CT scan could primarily diagnosis lumbar spondylolisthesis and its types.
