Abstract:The incentive function of scientific and technical morality lies in the outer incentives such as ideals, examples, appraisal, and the inner drive such as the sense of responsibility, honor and the achievements of scientific and technical workers. The two parts interact each other to form a spiritual strength to stimulate scientist and technicians to be active both in invention and in creation, to encourage them to dedicate themselves to science, and to motivate them working hard, making contribution selfless and pursuing scientific truth in lifetime.
