Abstract:ObjectiveTo establish an HPLC method and determine the content of chlorogenic acid in Yinhuang Granules from different pharmaceutical factories. MethodsRP-HPLC was used to determine the content of chlorogenic acid in Yinhuang granules .The column was Kromasil C18. The mobile phase was nitrile- methanol- water (containing 0.6% triethylamine,5∶15∶80) , the detection wavelength was 327 nm. The column temperature was room temperature. ResultsThere was a good linear relationship between the concentration of chlorogenic acid and absorption area value in range of 6.23×10-3~100.50×10-3 mg·ml-1, r=0. 999 8. The average recovery was 98. 30%, RSD= 2.35%(n= 6). ConclusionThe chromatographic method established can be used simply and accurately to determine the content of chlorogenic acid in Yinhuang granules and it has good repeatability.
