Extraction and Determination of Polysaccharide from Schisandra chinensis (Turcz) Baill Fruit
Abstract:ObjectiveTo establish a method for the extraction and detemination of polysaccharide from Schisandra chinensis (Turcz) Baill Fruit.MethodsPolysaccharide in Schisandra chinensis (Turcz) Baill Fruit was determined by the method of Spectrophoto metry.ResultsThe polysacharides in Schisandra chinenisis (Turcz) Baill Fruit was 6.57%,the average recovery was 99.78%,RSD was 1.54%.ConclusionThis method is simple,the result is stable,reproducible, and satisfactory.
