Studies on the Chemical Constituents of the Spermoderm of Xanthoceras sorbifolia Bunge
Abstract:ObjectiveTo study the chemical constituents of the spermoderm of Xanthoceras sorbifolia Bunge. MethodsThe ethyl acetate fractions from MeOH extracts of the spermoderm of Xanthoceras sorbifolia were partitioned and purified by means of several separation methods. The structures of these isolates were elucidated by spectroscopic evidences.ResultsSeven compounds,nonadecanoic acid(1),heneiosanoic acid(2),sitgmasterol(3),stig mastol acetate(4),stigmast-7-en-3β-ol(5),isoselacho cerac acid(6),daucosterol(7)were isolated.ConclusionCompounds 1- 4 were obtained from this family for the first time and 5-7 were obtained from its spermoderm for the first time.
