Abstract:ObjectiveTo establish a standard for the quality control of Guyanning Granules. MethodsCaulis sargentodoxae, Radix trichosanthis, spina gleditsiae and Radix sanguisorbae were identified by TLC. While HPLC was applied for the determination of chlorogenic acid in flos lonicerae in Guyanning Granules. ResultsThe chromatograms of caulis sargentodoxae, Radix trichosanthis, spina gleditsiae and Radix sanguisorbae were obtained through TLC presented the spots of the same colors with those in the corresponding places in the chromatograms of the control articles. There was a good linear relationship within a range of 0.0025~0.04μg of Paeoniflorin ,correlation coefficient r=0.9999,the average recovery was99.60%(n=6), RSD=1.07%, (n=6). ConclusionThis method is simple ,feasible and reproducible and provides a method for quality control of Guyanning Granules.
