Preparation and Determination of Polysaccharide from Green Tea
Abstract:ObjectiveTo develop a stable and simple method to measure the polysaccharide in Green Tea.MethodsAfter the conversion coefficient of polysaccharide from Green Tea to glucose was obtained , the content of polysaccharide was measured by phenol-sulfuric acid method. ResultsThe correlation coefficient of standard curve was 0. 999 7 , the recovery rate was 99.62 % and RSD was 1.94 %. ConclusionThe method is convenient, stable and accurate, which can be used for content determination of polysaccharide from Green Tea as well as it' s related products.
