Studies on 1HNMR Fingerprints of Evodia rutaecarpa(Juss.) Benth.
Abstract:ObjectiveTo analyse the 1HNMR fingerprints of Evodia rutaecarpa (Juss.) Benth. MethodsThe chemical constituents were obtained from SCEA and SCEB of Evodia rutaecarpa (Juss.) Benth. by chromatography on Silica gel column. The characteristic signals of the 1HNMR fingerprints were analysed after determining the structures of the compounds isolated from SCEA and SCEB. Results1HNMR fingerprints of the samples of Evodia rutaecarpa (Juss.) Benth. which were collected from different regions showed high characteristic features and reproducibility. Three main compounds from SCEA were elucidated by spectral analysis as evodiamine、rutaecarpine and dehydroevodiamine respectively and the main compounds from SCEB were elucidated by spectral analysis as dehydroevodiamine. ConclusionThe 1HNMR fingerprints of Evodia rutaecarpa (Juss.) Benth. might be utilized for the original authentication of the plant.
