Abstract:ObjectiveTo optimize the forming technology of antipyretic plaster gel. MethodsOrthogonal design was used. Compare the homogeneous degree, spread property, remain, peel intensity, skin stick property, stir time, stir velocity, sticky degree and relationship with pH, each component of radical addition sequence for experiment research. At the same time, investigated on preferred moisture content progress in one factor. ResultsThe best condition of preparation technology was as follows, stir time 420min, stir velocity 600 r·min-1, thicken agent first mixed with paste gel, then added paste controller; water content was 45%, pH5.0~7.0. ConclusionThe antipyretic plaster gel prepared by this method is rational, the paste property has been well improved. The product conform to《China Pharmacopeia》2005 edition.
