Abstract:ObjectiveTo analyse the 1HNMR fingerprints of 3 Dendrobium species.MethodsSolvent extraction and silica gel chromatography were used to separate the chemical constituents of SCE A or B from the stem of 3 Dendrobium species. The characteristic signals of the 1HNMR finger print were ananlysed after determining the structures of the compounds isolated from SCE A or B. Results1HNMR characteristic spectrum of the samples of D. chrysanthum Wall., D. candidum Wall.ex Lindl and D.nobile Lindl. collected from different regions showed highly characteristic features and reproducibility, respectively. ConclusionThe 1HNMR spectrum of SCE A or B from the stem of 3 Dendrobium species can be utilized for its original authentication.
