Abstract:The bioassay of 13 fungicides against Colletotrichum gloeosporioides(Penz.)Sacc.,which caused strawberry anthracnose in Hubei province, was carried out by means of mycelium growth rate method. The results showed that there were big differences in inhibition effects on C. gloeosporioides by various fungicides, among which tebuconazole, the mix of Propiconazol and Prochloraz showed the best effects to strawberry anthracnose with the EC50 value of 0.002 2, 0.005 6 and 0.009 3 mg/L respectively, followed by Flusilazole, sporgon, 60% Pyraclostrobin Carbatene, Score, Cahrio and Bromothalonil. These 10 fungicides were the first choices to control C. gloeosporioides. And Myclobutanil, 50% Stroby WG, dithianon had the least effects with the EC50 value of 12.12, 17.58 and 106.99 mg/L respectively.
