外语系毕业论文的格式要求

一、         正文前部分：包括封面（汉语封面在前，英语封面在后、内容摘要（中文摘要在前，英文摘要在后）、目录（只需英文）三大部分。

1．          封面：英文封面（论文扉页）的格式举例如下：

2．内容摘要：中英文摘要各300字（中文摘要在前，英文摘要在后，中英文摘要内容大体一致）。其下两行要注明3-5个关键词，关键词之间需要分号隔开。

二、正文部分：

论文正文字数（从Introduction 起算至Bibliography）要求在3000-5000字左右。论文每一章开始需要重新起页，页码范围从Introduction 起至Bibliography止，正文前部分无须插入页码。文内图片或扫描打印或用碳素墨笔绘制。

三、正文后部分

（一）注释：非文学类论文中的引文只需在文中做夹注；文学类论文中的引文需统一做尾注Notes，置于参考文献（Bibliography）之前单独成页，其中的引注要按其在正文中出现的顺序，标明序号列出（序号1，2等置于引文结束后右上角）；格式采用首行缩进。尾注格式如下：

（二）参考文献：需按作者姓氏首字母排序，不加序号，格式采用悬挂缩进。参考文献数目不得少于15个（其中英文书目不得少于8个）。排列顺序英文书目在前，中文书目在后。

Bibliography(非文学类)

参考书写法及顺序：姓, 名. 出版年.书名. 出版地：出版社.

例：

Fasold, Ralph. 2000. The Sociolingustics of Language. Beijing: Foreign Language Teaching and Research Press.

参考期刊杂志写法及顺序：姓, 名. 出版年.文章名.杂志名(斜体). 卷，期，页码.

说明：1.文学类论文要把出版年置于整条书目的最后，其余完全相同。

2.注意中文和英文书目的书写顺序，特别是标点符号和空格。

3.正文中引文若超过40字，需单独成段。去除引号，字号缩小（小四号字）。段落左侧整体向右缩进4个字母，右侧与上段平齐。在引文最后标注序号（文学类）或做夹注（非文学类）。

4.引文或夹住一定要与后面的注释和参考书保持一致。



（三）文学类论文：（引文需统一作尾注，置于结论之后，参考文献之前， 文中引文根据其出现的先后顺序用序号 [1] [2] [3] [4] …标出, 出处相同的引文用相同序号, 尾注标明页码）

非文学类论文： 文中引文需作夹注, 即: (作者姓氏, 出版年:页码），正文与引文间需空1行。

We can know the relationship of language performance and metapragmatic awareness in Verschueren’s article:



The relationship between conceptualizations and practices of linguistic action, in spite of the surface reflection of some of its properties in patterns of lexicalization, is to be situated at the more subliminal level of metapragmatic awareness. It forms the basis of language and language use which are changed rarely within a given community. (Verschueren, 2000:197)



Once language ideologies constitute in the mind, metapragmatic awareness will stand in the leading place and control the speaker’s utterance automatically.

注意：引文或夹住一定要与后面的注释和参考书保持一致。

四、打印要求：

1.“大标题”的字型字号：Times New Roman,3号字，粗体，居中；“小标题”使用Times New Roman，4号字，粗体，左对齐；

2.“内容摘要”和“关键词”的字型字号：宋体（中文）或Times New Roman（英文）4号字；

3.“正文”的字型字号：Times New Roman，4号字；

4.“参考文献和引注”的字型字号：Times New Roman，小4号字；

5.全部内容顺序在A4复印纸上打印；

6.具体格式：每页行数：32行；行跨度：22磅；栏数：1；页边距：上2.4cm, 下2.4cm, 左2cm, 右2.4cm；装订线：1cm；装订位置：左侧。

7．经指导教师最终审查无误后，将定稿存盘，务请每位同学耐心数次校对，以保证论文质量。
