1.Executive Summary
In order to facilitate this, a management consultant from Creative Initiative Foundation (CIF) was commissioned to conduct a strategic review of the organisation.

Due to the flexible and informal nature of the organisation field research was undertaken and a workshop held to discuss the issues related.  This enabled all the participants to air their views and discuss the issues.

The results of this, conclusions and recommendations together with a proposed  action plan make up the bulk of the report.
